The warm and beautiful Seti River passes through stunning jungle scenery, green hills and valleys. It is an excellent river for bird-watchers and those interested in the abundance of nature found on this trip. This normally gentle river has plenty of small and straightforward rapids. During the monsoon months the intensity of the rapids increases and attracts a radically different set of rafters.Rafting on Seti River – is an ideal trip for those wanting to experience some of the stunning river scenery in Nepal without the intensity of complex or challenging rapids. The Seti is a very suitable river for family trips and it’s the best river to learn kayaking in Nepal.

ITINERARY

Day 01: Drive from Kathmandu / Pokhara to Damauli then continues white water rafting and canyon trip camp at Saranghat.
Day 02: After breakfast at Saranghat white water trip continue to Gaighat then drive back to Kathmandu/ Chitwan /Pokhara.

For River Safety:
We take the safety and security of all our clients very seriously. River rafting is one of the adventure activities where there could be some risk factors. How we try to minimize the risk: Our Guides, instructors & Safety Kayakers are professional water rescue technicians, trained and certified in Rescue 3 WRT, First Aid course. All our equipment are world class and up to date. All of our rafting guides can speak very good English. We always use safety Kayakers or double catamaran team on every trip. During the adventure period for both crew & clients: No drugs, no assault / harassment, no alcohol, no diving off cliffs, life jacket & helmet must be worn while in/on the river at all times.

What to bring:

  • Swim suit
  • Light weight clothing that will dry quickly
  • Sport sandal.
  • Warm clothing for the evening / Jacket (Waterproof shell)
  • Sunglasses / Cap , warm hat (in cold month) / Towel.
  • Sun screen and lip protector.
  • Toiletries / Personal medication.
  • Flashlight / water bottle
  • Camera etc…

Please Lets us Know in advance: If you are a non – swimmer or not very confident in the water. It is essential that you inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your well being on the trip. Please request your own choice food – veg or non veg.
