This itinerary combines stunning mountain views, cultural exploration, and the opportunity to experience Nepal’s rural beauty through local homestays.

  • Arrive in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
  • Transfer to your hotel and relax before your journey.
  • Explore the cultural and historical landmarks of Kathmandu Valley, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
  • Visit places like Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambhunath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
  • Take a scenic flight or drive (6-7 hours) to Pokhara.
  • Transfer to your hotel and relax or enjoy a leisurely evening around Fewa Lake.
  • Drive to Khade (around 45 minutes) and start the trek to Deurali (3 hours).
  • Enjoy views of Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Mardi Himal.
  • Stay overnight at a local guest house in Deurali, with fantastic mountain views.
  • Trek from Deurali to Forest Camp (3-4 hours), passing through forests and enjoying panoramic views of the Himalayas.
  • Enjoy lunch at a local lodge, and then continue to Rest Camp.
  • Stay overnight at Rest Camp in a tea house
  • Wake up early to enjoy the first rays of sunlight on the Fishtail peak.
  • After breakfast, trek uphill to Badaledanda (3 hours) for lunch, then continue to High Camp (1.5 hours).
  • Stay overnight at High Camp in a tea house.
  • Early morning, explore the Mardi Himal viewpoint (4000m) or trek up to Mardi Himal Base Camp (4250m) for magnificent mountain views.
  • Trek back to Badaledanda for lunch and stay overnight at a tea house.
  • Trek downhill from Badaledanda to Sidhing (approximately 4 hours), passing through Low Camp.

  • Stay overnight at Pokhara.

2. Become informed about high altitude sickness.

4. Time your trek generously, taking rest while trekking is not a sign of weakness.
5. Carry out what you are carries in.
6. Don’t disturb wildlife.
7. Don’t hurt or remove animals and plants.
8. Respect the local people and those cultures.
9. While walking on trails, stand on the inside of the trail if any animal comes past you to ensure that you don’t get forced off the path.
10. “Namaste” is the universal greeting and parting gesture.
11. Temples, Mani walls, Chortens etc should be pass on the clockwise.
12. Ask permission before taking pictures of people or religious sites.
13. Don’t buy any items of religious or historical items while trekking. Such items are considered to be cultural monuments and are never sold legally!
14. The weight porters are allowed to carry in tea house trekking is 15-20 kg. max.
